Scottish Salmon is typically fed better quality feed, and farming is less intensive, meaning they can swim further. A unique source of Omega-3 (DHA & EPA). Naturally rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory properties.
White fish
White fish is a lean source of high-quality protein, low in fat, and rich in essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and selenium, supporting muscle health and overall well-being.
