Rice

While it is less nutrient-dense than its whole grain counterparts, it still provides a good amount of B-vitamins and minerals like iron. White rice is easily digestible, making it ideal for dogs with sensitive stomachs.
Brown Rice
A surprisingly nutritious ingredient that has a lot to offer. It's a good source of folate, riboflavin (B2), potassium, calcium, and antioxidants, and on top of that, it’s a high scorer when it comes to manganese, a little-known but nevertheless important mineral.
Oats
The best nutritional grain in our view. Oats are a great source of fiber, essential vitamins, and minerals that contribute to overall health.
Apples
Rich source of flavonoid antioxidants which can help to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals in the body.
Chicken
Chicken is a lean protein source rich in essential amino acids. It is also a good source of vitamins & minerals, including B vitamins and iron.
Linseed
Is often referred to as ‘nature’s gift. Rich in both Omega-3 (ALA) and plant nutrients. All three sources of Omega-3 have been included in ESSENTIALS: ALA, DHA & EPA.
